Babymoon 2010! (part 1)
Wednesday, August 18th, 2010Dustin, Maya & I went to Sanibel Island, FL for a pre-twins Babymoon. We had a great time. Below is a pic of the view from our hotel room.
On our 1st night there we went exploring on the island and found a pretty deserted beach, the sky was beautiful at sunset.
We took a dinner cruise on the hotel’s Princess ship.

Saturday, June 5th, 2010Jonah is helping Maya get to the wedding in time! Our hotel was a short walk along the river to the wedding venue.

San Antonio, TX (Part 1)
Tuesday, June 1st, 2010Dustin was in Kyle & Jen’s wedding this past weekend so we made a little vacation out of it. Here we are on Day 1 (Dustin’s bday). We stayed at a great hotel near SeaWorld. Maya loves to ride the hotel carts.
They had a great pool with little fountains for the kids.
Day 2 of vacation we went to SeaWorld. It was wonderful, we saw several great shows and Maya loved it.

Wine country
Thursday, September 10th, 2009Dustin & I spent one day of our recent trip to Monterey touring different wineries. Below is a pic of some of the vines at Chateau Julien. Our tour guide was wonderful and we learned a lot.
They have a huge warehouse of barrels where their wine is being aged.
We stopped by Talbott for a tasting and then had lunch at a nice outdoor bistro next door.
Baby goes to wine country! (Part 1)
Tuesday, September 16th, 2008Dustin had a conference in San Francisco and we got to join him to celebrate my birthday. We spent the first day and a half downtown shopping and hanging out at daddy’s fancy hotel while he attended his conference before heading to Santa Rosa for the weekend. We had the best time and baby girl was so good.

Korbel was beautiful. They had beautiful gardens and a nice cafe where we had lunch. Have you ever tasted cream sherry? If not, my best advise, DON’T! That stuff is awful. I guess I thought I was about to taste some champagne that tasted like creme soda, notsomuch.
Riding on daddy’s shoulders is always a good time.
We took a drive to the coast one morning before touring some wineries.

Maya was very happy to have some quality daddy time. He left for San Diego on Monday and we met up with him Thursday in San Francisco, so it had been several days since she had spent time with him.
Nothing makes mama happier than her girl…and a quality latte.
We stayed in Santa Rosa and there were snoopy figures all over the town that Maya enjoyed looking at.
The views were breathtaking. Rows and rows of beautiful grapes.
