Thanksgiving 2011
Thursday, January 26th, 2012We went to Grandma J’s in Tipton, IA to celebrate Thanksgiving this year. The Ambersons were there too and the cousins got lots of time together. Here, Kate and Maya are showing off their french braids.

We had such a nice Thanksgiving! Grandma made a lot of super tasty food and it was so nice to all be together.
Easter 2011
Tuesday, April 26th, 2011We kicked off Easter with our neighborhood Easter egg hunt.

Maya got a baby in the “pack” for Easter (she needed another baby doll, just ask her, she’ll tell you).

We went to church Saturday night which was quite the debacle, but got to visit the Amberson’s on our way home so that was good. Then on Easter we had a nice relaxing morning and then went to my mom’s for a meal with that side of the family. Food was great and so was the company!
