We went to the Amberson’s last weekend to celebrate Olivia’s 1st Birthday. She was super happy and looked beautiful in her cupcake dress.

Friday, July 30th, 2010Maya’s previous Nanny Devan, got married earlier this month in Mexico. They had their wedding reception at her parents place in Lawrence last weekend. It was absolutely beautiful. Maya had a great time. She thinks getting married is the best thing ever because there is music to dance to, pretty dresses and cake.

Tuesday, June 15th, 2010Maya is very excited that her new baby cousin came out early! He was born on May 22nd and weighed 6.7lbs. He’s very sweet and just as much of a snuggler as Maya was. Brie’s doing well and is even back to watching Maya while I work.

Monday, April 26th, 2010We had baby shower’s for Aunt Brie at our house last weekend. Grandma J came all the way from Tipton and was a huge help all weekend. She baked the beautiful and tasty cakes below. P-Ma provided the flowers. Thanks to everyone for all of your help with food, prep work, cleaning and helping with Maya. I really appreciate it! Congrats to Aunt Brie & Uncle Corey, we can’t wait to this baby to get here!!

Tuesday, April 20th, 2010All ready for church in the Easter outfit from P-ma.
After church we played at the Amberson’s for a bit and took some pics outside.
After nap we had Easter dinner at my mom’s house and then played tennis at the park. It was a wonderful weekend.

Tuesday, Maya & I drove to Columbia to hang out with Uncle Lee, Auntie Kaitlin & Meow Truman. Maya got the tour of the MU campus. She especially liked the gym and the tiger.
Kait got Maya a new MU t-shirt so she can quit wearing the one that is too small. We had dinner and then headed home, was a great day!

Sunday, January 10th, 2010Uncle Dennis has a birthday this weekend so we had the kiddos over so he and Niki could go out to dinner. Grif & Kate spent the night and the kids had a great time. Here they are in their PJs watching Maya’s favorite show Curious George’s Christmas Special.

Saturday, January 2nd, 2010Great Aunt Kathy was here from Michigan for Christmas. Here’s a pic of her, P-Ma and Maya.
Maya took everyone down to show off her new play area. They had a little band going.
My cousin Mark is back from the Marine’s and he brought his 2 kids over to play and my mom brought Lilli. Here are the kiddos playing on the new table Grandma Jacobsen got Maya for Christmas.
